For candidates, we use your information to match you with prospective employers — and we will inform you and obtain your approval before submitting your profile to any specific employer.
We do not sell, rent, or license your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. Candidate information is shared with an employer only after you have approved that specific submission. We use trusted third-party service providers to operate this site and our business — including a form-processing provider (Formspree), a scheduling provider (Calendly), email and hosting providers — who process information only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information where required by law or valid legal process.
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may contact you by call or text message about opportunities or your engagement. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us at brady@hamptonhires.com.
Hampton Hires is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and does not conduct formal background checks, credit checks, or drug screenings. Any such pre-employment screenings are the responsibility of the hiring employer.
We retain candidate information for up to two (2) years from the date of your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, consistent with the Ohio Data Protection Act. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information entrusted to us.
